Has anyone told you lately Hey, you ve put on a little weight ? I was told that recently and decided it s time to do something about it. The usual thoughts ran through my head. Start eating better by olaying off the junk food. Get of the couch and onto the bike more. Join a gym. Join a gym? Have you seen what that cost these days? First, I m 44 years old work fairly long hours. The closest gym is 30 minutes away and they want $1600.00 a year to join. I started to check out how much a home gym would cost. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as much as I thought. I have an extra room in my house and why not put it to a good use?
