Has anyone told you lately Hey, you ve put on a little weight ? I was told that recently and decided it s time to do something about it. The usual thoughts ran through my head. Start eating better by olaying off the junk food. Get of the couch and onto the bike more. Join a gym. Join a gym? Have you seen what that cost these days? First, I m 44 years old work fairly long hours. The closest gym is 30 minutes away and they want $1600.00 a year to join. I started to check out how much a home gym would cost. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as much as I thought. I have an extra room in my house and why not put it to a good use?

Now that I have my mission I set out to find my new home gym. There are a lot of options and of course every price range you could think of came up on my search under home gyms . I wanted a piece of equipment that had quality, stability and was cost effective. Naturally, I wanted to stay under my $1500.00 budget. So stop making excuses and start looking good again. You know you owe it to your family and let s face it, you owe it to yourself.
